Learn All About the Dashboard
The HighLevel Reporting feature is where you can view the performance of your Facebook ad.
The Reporting tab allows you to see reporting from multiple sources including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Attributions, Call Reporting, Agent Reporting, and Appointment Reports.

If you have Google Ads integrated with HighLevel, you will be able to view a report within the Reporting section of HighLevel instead of having to go to the Google Ads platform.
Status: Indicator if the ad campaign is running (green arrow icon) or paused (yellow pause icon).
Clicks: Number of times the ad was clicked.
Cost: Total amount spent based on selected timeframe.
Revenue: If you have lead value set, you will be able to track total Revenue in the report.
ROI: Return on investment is the calculation of Revenue vs Cost.
CPC: Cost Per Click is the Clicks divided by Cost.
CTR: Click Through Rate is the % rate of people who saw the ad (Impressions) that clicked on the ad.
Sales: The number of leads that purchased (marked Won).
CPS: Cost Per Sale is the number of Sales divided by Cost.
Leads: Total numbers of leads that came in from that campaign.
CPL: Cost Per Lead is the number of Leads divided by Cost.
Impressions: Number of times the ad was seen. Keep in mind that one person may see the ad multiple times, each time counts as an impression.
Average Revenue: Revenue divided by Sales.
The Attribution Report is one way to view where your leads and conversions are coming from and engaging with your business.
Attribution Reporting: This report shows Source (social, website, etc) and Medium (form, chat, etc).
Conversion Report: A conversion is any lead that turned into a purchasing customer. If Leads are properly being managed within HighLevel and being marked Won and Value added, you will be able to track Conversions and what platforms are driving the most revenue.
Source Report: To view specifically where your leads are coming from, you can utilize the Source Report to view activity.

Call by Status: View total of Answered Calls and Missed Calls.
First-Time Calls by Status: View total of Answered Calls and Missed Calls for first-time callers calling into the business.
Top Call Sources: If calls are able to be tracked by source, then the reporting will show here.
Call List: View a list of all calls, listen to call recordings for each, view data about each call.
