Learn All About the Memberships Feature

What Is It?

The HighLevel Memberships feature is where you can build memberships for your patients, complete with one-time or recurring payment links. This is a great idea if you want to create recurring revenue for your practice with laser hair packages, monthly facial memberships, etc.

Creating Your Membership

Navigate to courses, then click "offers."

Edit the title (optional: choose an internal nickname).

Fill out the offer description.

Confirm that you have chosen the correct product. You can add more than one product if you want to create a bundle offer.

Confirm the price of your offer.

Select a payment option

(choose 1 of 3):

1.) Free

2.) One-time payment

3.) Subscription (recommended).

If you want to use a subscription, you will need to set up a Stripe account

and create a Stripe plan.

Choose an image that will be displayed alongside your membership.

Select "publish" and save.

Preview Your Membership

Click the "preview" link to see what your membership offer will look like as a webpage.

If you want to share this page with other's, click on "get link" to copy the URL and share with your patients idividually.

Membership Dashboard

From the Membership Dashboard you can view how your membership is performing: how many patients have opted-in to be a member, how many total membership sales have been made, how many members have joined, and how many people have recently signed up.

Courses Settings

Within the Membership Settings tab you are able to do the following:

Site Details:
1.) Gather and share your URL link with potential members.

2.) Upload your practice's logo that will appear when you share the URL link with people.

Domain Setup:
1.) Create a URL name for your membership (see photo on right for example).

Email Settings:
1.) Turn off/on email campaigns that will be sent to your membership members. From here you can select custom built templates for the welcome email, longterm nurture emails, and what your members receive upon sign up.
