Setup Your Entire Highlevel Account

Complete these steps in order for the best experience.

For easier setup, we recommend having these instructions open in a separate window / screen so you can follow along with the setup instructions as you complete them.

Business Profile

Update your business information

Your account is setup to use the information entered into your business profile on your templates and customer communications. It's important that your business profile is filled out completely and correctly.

Setup Phone + Texting / A2P Registration

Allows for Text Messaging + Phone Calls

Telecomm companies require ALL businesses to register their marketing phone numbers to be able to send and receive text messages and phone calls through any software system, including Highlevel. There is a small fee to register ($10-20). This is HIGHLY recommended to get the most out of your marketing.

Connect Google

Connect your Calendar and Google Business Profile

By connecting your Google account you can integrate with your Google Calendar and your Google Business Profile which will allow for synced scheduling, review requests, and more.

Connect Facebook

Connect your Facebook Business Page and Ads Manager

By connecting your Facebook Business Page you can then connect your Business Manager and Ads Manager so you can easily run your social media posting and scheduling from Highlevel and also run and manage your Facebook/Instagram Ads directly from Highlevel.

Setup Calendars / Online Scheduling

Setup or integrate existing online scheduling

Get more new customers by making booking appointments easy by integrating or setting up your online scheduling calendar. You can use the built-in scheduling system in Highlevel -or- use your existing online scheduling system.

Connect Domain

Connect your domain so you can setup landing pages / funnels

If you are planning on using landing pages, funnels, or website features of Highlevel you will need to connect your existing domain name or purchase a new one to use.

Setup Landing Page / Funnels

Improve lead quality with landing pages and funnels

Landing pages and funnels are a great way to educate people about your services before they claim an offer or schedule an appointment, this helps improve your lead quality (people more likely to book an appointment, show up, and purchase treatment).
